Your head office staff member was friendly and efficient, and took in my comments regarding the over-enthusiastic marketing techniques of one of your competitors (they called repeatedly - your staff member made a note to avoid calling me if possible!). She talked me through options and costs, and sorted things out quickly. Your site staff were also friendly and efficient, and dealt with me smoothly and quickly, despite the extra limitations of covid precautions.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Luke and Paul were professional, friendly and efficient. I had to increase my storage size on the day and it was all sorted within minutes, totally stress free. They made a stressful time much easier to deal with.

I struggled with online for some reason it threw me out.. But one i spoke to the store ..all went well.
