I have to say that this is by far the one of the best customer service experiences I've had. The staff, Luke McLaughlin, did a great job in accommodating my needs and factored in the recent weather conditions which had delayed my house move. Overall very pleased.

Very friendly, helpful and professional team members who gave great advice as well as a good deal on the storage unit. Nothing was too much trouble. It has been a real pleasure.
