Very friendly staff that explains every processes involved as well as explaining what comes into the final cost and a lot of good recommendations were given.

Russel was exceptional .he was totally focused on what i needed.He explained how to use access codes and found me a more suitable room for my belongings.

The customer service was exemplary. I spoke with ollie, Sam and Danny at head office. All members of staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

The manager / representative at the Birmingham facility was very accommodating and patiently awaited our last minute arrival, prior to close of business. The service received was excellent, the advice given and safety information was delivered in a friendly and concise manner. The storage facilities are in excellent condition, clean and very user friendly, we would definitely recommend Yellow Box to our friends and colleagues.

Everything was so simple, from requesting a quote online, speaking with a customer service advisor when I had further questions, online check-in to sorting paperwork at the store.

Luke was excellent took time out to answer all of our questions, being a low budget charity he gave us the best deal and really put our mind to ease.

When i arrived at the big yellow storage i was greeted by friendly staff who gave me all the information i needed and showed me my storage unit before transaction 10 out of 10.

Our moving van got a puncture we were therefore to late to get to the Birmingham store from Wiltshire. We needed to fill in paper work. Luke in the Birmingham store and Mel at the Swindon store were exceptional in their customer service. They did all they could to help us going above and beyond. Offering us drinks and phoning to stay in touch. It was really appreciated and we would recommend you to everyone.
