I was really impressed with the service offered by the staff at big yellow, the team were very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. The account and storage facilites were really easy to set up and use.

The only part of moving house that had no aggro and the staff were mega brilliant. Very friendly and always prepared to help. This review option however isn't brilliant .... we need more stars for Birmningham .... 5 isn't enough for Birmingham !!!!!!

I was a tad dubious about storing my things however the lady at recption was brillant really friendly and explained everything so all i had to do was follow her instructions. she gave helpful hints on how to store my things as well. i believe it is a very secure facillity however it is difficult to get to on public transport.

From the first contact by phone to completing paperwork two days later, there was real support and clear answers to our questions. It was a pleasure to receive such high quality service from professionals

With Big Yellow we got the best service really helpful staff, They are always there when we need them even if we are not there they take deliveries on our behalf. We would recommend the service to our friends and everyone. Cleanliness wise, service wise everything top class

I have used a couple of storage units in the past but the storage unit that we have now by far exceeds what I have had in the past, so easy to use and I find it very clean and secure. The staff are always pleasant and it is a pleasure to do business with them.

I thought it was very nice palce, great to keep my stuff and felt that it was very safe and happy leaving it there for a long period of time. Did take as lil long at the beggining when taking all my detail though. I ordered too much space, i wish someone could have advised me better on the ammount of room i needed.
