We have rented a mid-size room while we clear out our clutter and sell our house. I have used Self Storage previously, but have been struck by how clinically clean the site is. The customer service is everything but clinical, very personable and willing to do whatever is required to ensure that our rental works for us. They have been very patient.

Helpful staff who have common sense and make no fuss. Using Big Yellow has been the least stressful part of moving house.

The service at the Birmingham loaction is second to none. All the staff are helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Location is central and parking is no problem.
