I could not believe the ease of this service. Just one relaxed and cheerful phone call to a member of the team and I was ready to move in! The service was upfront, direct and speedy. I felt my storage hassle was taken from me by a company that really understood my needs!
Recently i used bigyellow storage really i am very happy storage is clean and staff are good.
Everyone was very helpful and made it quite easy for us to move in. Great orientation and tour as well. They also helped us with being able to park our truck for a couple of days before we had to return it to Amsterdam!!!!
I had to change my booking several times and the staff were very accomodating and upon arrival were very clear and helpful. The facilities are very clean and seem very secure. I would definatly use this service again.

The service was great, the staff helped me choose the best size to rent. The only drawbacks were the convenience of location due to the distance from the tube and the fact that there was a processing error and I had to complete a form online after leaving my items at the store. However the staff explained everything clearly and helped to reach a swift conclusion. Would definitely use it again.
Does what it says on the tin - offers accessible storage and great prices. Very convenient, safe and simple to use. Staff were very efficient and I have experienced no problems with the paperwork and set-up process. all in all, a very happy customer.

I've found that the service I received were flawless. The staff are friendly, approachable and very professional. The facilities were perfect; very clean, easy to navigate and very secure. My only gripe would be that I didn't have 24hr access..
