Good and efficient customer service.

The process of making the reservation online was very simple and easy to follow. The online assistant helped a lot in making the right choices. On the day I checked in with my stuff the assistant , who if memory serves was called linda was efficient and polite throughout.

Friendly helpful staff member completed my paperwork and showed me the space and the protocol for entry and exit in a very efficient and helpful manner .

Everything went smoothly and great service.

The Staff on duty Ayub and Ranj were very helpful. Moving homes can be very stressful to it helps when you have people who help you make the process go smoothly. Ayub was fantastic in ensuring that I was able to get the right storage for my belongings. Going through the process in a very friendly and polite way.

From the first email, to the follow up call, to the advice, to the online check in, to the arrival on the day, to the help from the staff - every step was well thought out, smooth and efficient. The staff at Bow were also excellent.
