If everything else was that easy and straight forward when moving!

The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful and would recommend the storage facility to others

Although it took a while to get all the paperwork sorted, i got 8 weeks half price, there was available rooms, and i was in and out within minutes. nicely placed off the main road and quiet enough to feel unrushed.

I was so impressed with the staff and service at Bow. A million times better than the shoddy service at a nearby competitor. I have already told all my friends about the outstanding experience.

I found the storage very usefull and convenient. I found two flaws first could be signeposted better, the opening times aren't very coveninet for people with full time jobs (you can buy an extention I belive).

....and that's about all I knew about it, but I soon found that Big Yellow storage is so much more than that. It offers convenient and easily accessable storage at a fraction of the price of some of it's competitors (and believe me, given the current climate, I did a LOT of shopping around!). The layout inside, whilst vast, is not overwhelming and even a woman (which I am) would feel comfortable wandering around it's corridors at the dead of night (which I did). It's clean and tidy, very well lit and besides the fact that there are CCTV cameras absolutely everywhere, there is also a nice touch of a constant radio station on which, if you were concerned about it feeling eerie, totally removes any concern you may have. The staff I met when I went to book the room were friendly and helpful and even took me to my storage space which was a nice touch. I would fully recommend Big Yellow to anyone who is looking for a safe, secure, clean, convenient and cost effective storage option.

Big Yellow Storage was great to use, very easy, and great value for money.

I've been extremely happy with my dealings with big yellow in Bow, particularly with the excellent and friendly service of the staff (esp Paul), who really go above and beyond to meet the needs of their customers. 10/10!

They were super helpful and did an amazing job. I appreciate good customer service and they had it.
