All the arrangements were explained very clearly. I knew exactly what I was getting for exactly what price. I was almost sorry when the time came to leave and give up my room!

extremely accommodating service, I was even able to upgrade on my move in day to a bigger space when I realized I didn't have enough storage room for my belongings! quick to process the change and I wasn't made to feel a hassle! I would fully recommend big yellow self storage, I've been using them in the london area for over 4 years now and every time has been a smooth painless experience.

Very professional, easy check-in procedure. Friendly, helpful staff. We were able to change to a smaller room on the day, having over estimated how much space we woud need, so saved some money. Altogether a painless experience, would recommend.

Moving is stressful but the easiest part was moving into BIG Yellow Self Storage. The staff are very helpful and make it a very pleasant experience. There are some great deals on at the moment which are too good to miss. By far the best decision I've made this year !

Living in close proximity to the store in Bow is a god send. I can store what I need to and retrieve it within half an hour if I require it.

I had a very smooth check in and no problems storing my stuff. Just wish they were open a bit later in the evenings.

Very friendly customer service staff who made the whole experience straight forward and user friendly. Would definitely recommend the service to a friend though there was only one public transport bus that served the area.
