straight forward process, easy to obtain information. Staff was helpful and friendly, and followed up which made it a smooth process for me.

The Lady (Asian maybe Siri Lanka) I first met a couple of days ago was brilliantly clear and concise. My experience with Adam was perfect as in was incredibly efficient & friendly. I have to say it’s not what I expected. He seems to really enjoy what he doing and cares about the complete induction process.

The service I was given

Chris and his team are exceptional. Particularly nice to see Poppy back and promoted well deserved! She welcomed us with open arms and this just shows the care and details big yellow in Bow demonstrates. It’s a flag ship for us!!

Poppy was very efficient, super professional and helped us a lot with the size storage we will need. Everything went as smooth as we hoped.

As I started to fill up the Clock-in>sections, by using my Phone.., when I arrived @ some sections like..:"Contract/Licence.."Emergency's contact.. & something like that.. I couldn't manage to complete all of that myself maybe 4 Technic issues.. so I got help in Reception from a lovely Reception's Attendant, name Reena.. Thx U so much Reena ????
