Customer service officer was of great help. He is very competent on the job, and able to deliver to my satisfaction. He is willing to go that extra mile to give me pleasant experience in my visit to the storage. Chris is an amazing staff, a great guy.

Adam, who checked us in, was incredibly efficient, friendly, and professional. We were held up in traffic so were late, but he was still willing and able to go through the whole check in process in a very friendly and helpful manner. Made a stressful day that bit better!

Reena was very helpful in explaining the self storage services and she helped finding a larger storage space that we required. She made us felt at home and welcome talking with her. We appreciate her services.

Staff on phone and at facility were friendly, helpful and it all seemed well run, clean and secure. Parking was good and trollies provided were helpful too.
