Josh, welcomed me to reception and sat me down. He checked my name and booking information on the system and proceeded to complete the initial sign up. As I had forgotten my ID he explained that I could see the lockup and put my lock onto it but wouldn't have access until I produced my ID he advised of offers on packaging materials that I could get and also a new lock as mine was too big.

Customer service in person and over the phone extremely polite and helpful. Easy access, clean spaces
