I spoke to a lady on the phone and she really worked around my needs to offer me a deal which I believed to be at a great price! It was all done really efficiently too.

Poppy approached me and she was so kind and professional after she helped me with my enquiry she showed me the room and found the best unit for me. I am very happy with this service and everyone was really nice especially Poppy! She is amazing personality and great attitude very professional and she helped me the whole way through check in. She explained the terms very well as my English is not great. She even helped me get into a taxi. She should be employee of the month! She has a lovely smile and is so helpful
