the website was quite easy to use and the staff in Bow (mickey or mike) was extremely helpful. My only regret was I could have used a smaller space (as in the website was suggested) but there wasn't a 10 size available. Other than that all very good and great service. Thanks.

I found tho whole experience very pleasant. The staff I came in contact with on the phone and at the storage depot were very nice an very helpful.
Staff are great, only issue specific to my moving in was that I had a large truck-load of items and I had to continuously put in my pin to reopen the doors. It took twice as long as it should but I understand the reason for this security. Shame there couldn't be a 10min override so that you only need to reenter the code every 10mins just for large removals.
Every aspect of the process was handled well, and Mike was a great help throughout.
