Very easy. After looking online it was great to receive a phone call to chat through all the options and ask questions. I felt no pressure and felt everything was explained thoroughly! No hidden costs
The online process was easy. An email updating the price confused me a little as to whether I needed to action anything. Very lovely staff face to face once I went into the space. More info on how to choose the size of the unit would have been helpful.

Very friendly and efficient
It was all fine except that the website doesn't make clear the additional costs (£50+ deposit, £60 insurance) thus adding 1/3 to start up costs that are not obvious from the website.
The room we booked had a leak and water patch so Mike found us another unit quickly which made it bit less stressful moving
