Staff are great, only issue specific to my moving in was that I had a large truck-load of items and I had to continuously put in my pin to reopen the doors. It took twice as long as it should but I understand the reason for this security. Shame there couldn't be a 10min override so that you only need to reenter the code every 10mins just for large removals.
Every aspect of the process was handled well, and Mike was a great help throughout.
Chris did a great job to help me understand my options. There was an annoying team member that was a female, she wasn’t at all helpful!
