Staff friendly and helpful
it was all clear
It was a fast and easy process and everything i needed to know was provided. I only wish i was told that you had to pay for the full 8weeks to make the most of the 50%.

I had to get a storage unit last minute and was frantic because I wasn't planning on having to do it due to a move going wrong. I had absolutely sparkling service from Khai who was absolutely brilliant and really nice to me even though I'm sure I was a mess and also didn't really know what I was doing. I also managed to lose the keys to my lock for my unit and replaced them really quickly for me which I really appreciated! Absolutely brilliant - even though the day might have been one of the most stressful days I've ever had he at least made it a lot easier!
Our original enquiry was handled efficiently and in a friendly manner. The options were explained to us clearly. Moving into the storage space was straightforward and trouble free. Thank you!

I was served by a guy (I think called mike/Michael at Bow) who was ABSOLUTELY brilliant, made things swift and easy. Shortly before mike started serving me, another member of staff tried his best to turn me away. I arrived at 5.30 pm on Monday knowing the store closed at 6pm. I had already done the online check in as advised to make the move in process as quick and smooth as possible. He tried to say that On the email I was sent that there are no check ins after 5pm if the reception closes at 6. This was a lie (does not state that on any email I received) and I believe fully intended to get rid of me so he could go home early. He told me a few times that he couldn’t serve me, even though I had brought items for storage in the back of a taxi (so would need to pay for another taxi to return them). Was a pretty stressful situation. After around 10 mins he walked off. About 2 mins later Mike came and without a second thought served me swiftly and pleasantly, and was very helpful the whole time. We eventually got me into my storage unit a little before 6.10pm. I was very thankful to him for staying late, however also mindful that if the first member of staff had served me when I arrived without complaint/trying to send me away, we would have finished the process before reception closing time. In short, would recommend yellow storage because of staff member that served me. Was stressful/upsetting because another member tried to send me away unreasonably.
