I have nothing to say as everything was perfect. I am not very fluent in English and it might be hard for me to understand someone else on the phone. But when I have got the person on the phone, she was amazingly patient and she did not hesitate to repeat and repeat again when I asked her. So thanks for that. It was the same when I came into your office for the payment, I have got Gizem and she understood that I had some difficulties to understand what she was saying to me especially with her mask, she just repeated as much as I have asked her to understand everything.

Benjamin was very helpful and was able to show me where the storage was and even offered a room which was vacant nearer. He was Easy to talk to and was patient with me even with million questions which I had. I was very wary as I was alone and lots of luggages but Benjamin made that move very smooth and stress free. He was friendly, understanding and God sent. I would commend it to everyone.
