Benjamin was great, really helpful

Very quick and very friendly service

I was dealing with Khai who was very good at making everything simple and easy to understand. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to open a storage unit at Big Yellow in Bow.

Online system was very straightforward with well detailed examples and pricing.

Helpful person at reception

Everything went smoothly. Poppy was assisting me at the time. She was friendly and very clear on instructions which made the process a pleasant experience during a stressful time.

Quote online was quick and easy, as was online check in process. We had to make a few changes on move in dates and Tracey on the phone was very helpful. Once we arrived we were served by Gizem, she was extremely attentive and helpful especially as we were unsure on sizes. She made the process smooth and filled us with confidence leaving our belongings with Big Yellow. Thank you Gizem

Benjamin was excellent. He spoke to me and remembered me when I called back (may be my dodgy accent). The removals chaps recommended were absolutely great and when I arrived to Big Yellow yesterday, Benjamin sorted everything out quickly and professionally. Spoke to another member of the team at one point who was also super friendly and helpful. Excellent staff and service. This store isn't the closest to my home but I had used before and am glad I did again. (the removal men also said it was much better organised than the one close to me in Stoke Newington)
