Very easy to set up and use and very helpful gizem was very helpful

The employee, Lisa, who showed us around was both fun and knowledgable. I think it's fair to say that Lisa managed to make what could be a rather dull experience into one that both my partner and I really enjoyed.

Called at a busy time and has to wait a while. Also had to come back as there were no trollies available.

Staff were polite & flexible. However there was a long queue and so it took a long time to get served

Gizem who served me was incredibly helpful and informative and very professional. She helped me with my space and gave great advice etc. I booked Big Yellow on the day which was a great quick service. Really pleased.

Staff all very helpful and friendly, the process was straight forward. The hallways are a little narrow considering you're moving large objects. I had trouble getting round the corners and lining the trolley up with the door, plus if i bumped into anyone you have to reseve all the way back!
