BURCU LOOKED AFTER MY STORAGE EXCELLENT SERVICE

Ayub went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the room, and was happy to change rooms so I was closer to the lifts.

Excellent customer service from Charlotte. Best experience in a long time. Professional, quick, clear and friendly.

Employees were very nice and very patient,even if I asked the same question twice they were vrey smilling and nice to me.They showed me everything I needed to do explaining me every single step.

I was greeted by a lady called Gizum and then shown around by her colleague , Burcu , who was very helpful . She showed me several units to make sure I got the right one for my needs .

Manager who dealt with us was very good at explaining, efficient and helpful. Process very easy, online check in very easy.

Storage local to my home, reasonable prices and amazing customer service (especially from Ayub and the Security Guard).
