I have used and will always use big yellows and big yellow bow. Continuely have excellent service at all the locations I have tried from Staples down to Bow. Very happy. Staff are ALWAYS super friendly and guide perfectly into the right unit for my needs.

Ayub was very helpful and took me step by step through the process. No question I asked felt silly to him. I think what made me choose big yellow over shure storage was the customer services.
This is my first time I used self-storage and I am happy I have chosen "The Big Yellow Self Storage" at Bow. They have a great team here and very good manager Ibrahim Khan. Also I should mention Ayub Khan who welcomed me. He clearly explained me everything and showed me the facilities. All in all it is a great and easy going place. Highly recommended.

Process was well handled by staff, but the online form wasn't clear - how do you know when you've registered online, how to set up the passcode - and the cost of insurance is too high - £3 a week to insure £2000 worth of contents, when my house contents are insured for £50K+ for about £4 a week!
The only reason I didn't give a 10 was because I think the prices are a little high, not only of the units but for padlocks and boxes too. It would be useful to have a special discount for long term rentals (over 3 months for example). But I was 100% satisfied with the service provided by Ayub, he was very knowledgebale, polite and friendly.
