All pretty smooth and quick process. Was made very clear. Customer service good. Can't remember names of those I spoke with but they were friendly and knowledgeable and clear.

Things could be a bit better and easier, I wasn't told over the phone that I couldn't pay with cash it had to be card payment so that was frustrating.
Get some heating in place!! Lol
The person at Big Yellow who helped me was Rani and she was extremely knowledgable and helpful in both the information she gave me, the time she spent taking me through the various procedures and taking me to the unit to ensure that it would be the right one for me. She was also had a very pleasant personality and was easy to chat with.
It was very easy to get there, unload and transport everything I needed. The staff were very helpful and gave me a clear run down of everything I needed to do and how to use the facility. The only slight negative was the time taken to sort the details out and get invoices and insurance sorted, but this was minor and I needed to change the size of my storage any way so I wasn't the best test case perhaps.

Broken lift, lights didn't work, annoying additional charges (why charge for a lock?!}

When I booked the storage unit Wasn't clear that insurance was not included in the cost and wasn't clear that I would have to provide my own padlock I felt that these costs were hidden from me which left me disappointed with the service
