I found staff very helpful, they showed me the different sizes of storages which were available. They explained to me the price of all the sizes including the insurance policy. I will definitely recommend the Big Yellow Storage to other people.

Straightforward experience. No hassle. Staff friendly and attentive.
I had a 30 sq storage room booked. It ran smoothly and was convenient to get to and easy to unload and move items. Parking space was adequate. The only major downside was it was freezing!
It was very easy to book and check in online, the customer service staff via phone, email and in person were all very friendly and helpful, particularly the person who checked me in and gave me great advice.
Both times we went to the storage, we were given a warm welcome and all the information we needed.
