The place is very clean with all the facilities for lifting and moving storage items. The staff are well trained and coped well with our needs. The extra hours option is a very worthwhile investment.
Courtney at the front desk was really helpful. The storage room was clean. There were lots of trolleys to use. Lots of parking. Easy to get to.
Everything was done well explained everything showed me around was polite and very helpful.

Karl and the team have been so kind and considerate to us in explaining everything and taking the time to do so properly. This is our first experience of storage and being elderly its a bit of a minefield but has been made so much easier by the guys at Bracknell so glad I choose BIg Yellow storage.
