Stephanie was an absolute joy to deal with, she explained everything clearly, and simply, made sure that I understood, she was open friendly on the phone, sent through the requirements and forms immediately - wow, never get that kind of service, and when I went to site, she was just as good....she's a real asset - hang onto her.

I spoke firstly to a lovely lady called Maxine who was very helpful and understanding. She was knowledgeable and helped enormously with what size unit we would need and with the transportation of all our belongings to the storage unit. I feel she is a big asset to Big Yellow. On the day the lady helping us check in and sorting out all our paperwork was very patient and kind and she helped us enormously. I am only sorry I cannot remember her name as she also is a blessing to Big Yellow. All in all 100% satisfied with my experience.
