The high quality of the staff, especially Stephanie, has been outstanding. She is one of the strongest assets you have and you should work hard to keep her as other providers (including competition across the road) do just not match up to her high customer orientated service I found the staff incredibly easy and well managed!

Spot On Service and explanation of how everything works. Also I could see that there is certain level of flexibility in terms of the service which is a great thing today aday. (I will suggest that from the options below on the deciding factor... let customers chose multiple options. :)

Really excellent. Steph was professional and responsive. When Karl took over, it was great too.

The two gentlemen were very good at explaining everything, take my hat off for them.

Very helpful from the first visit to pick up boxes. Explained how the process works. Recommended a man and van service as I was struggling to find someone as dates kept changing.

Karl and Stephanie have been fantastic to deal with from the initial enquiry to completing forms to move in date.

My Grandfather is moving house, he was able to sign the paperwork at his local big yellow self storage ready for dome of his stuff making the move before him. Carl at Bracknell was great to deal with, he answered all the questions we had.
