I was very happy with how quickly I received a call followed by all the relevant information I needed. Any questions I asked were responded to quickly. Booking was so easy with the help of Stephanie and on the day we went in to sign and pay, everything was explained thoroughly, we were shown how to access the room.

Both Taylor who dealt with my initial enquiry and Steph who showed me how the storage system works (security etc) were fantastic.
