I have used Big Yellow a few times to store my possessions when moving home, and your staff are always great, but Elliot who served me was the best of the lot! Not only a really nice guy, but all the help he gave me made my life an awful lot easier.

Really nice people. Very helpful. Not pushy. Sorted everything out for me effectively. Loses a point as the need for the padlock wasn't clear, so paying £13 for it came as a shock.
