customer service. the workers were nice, understanding, honest and upfront. they helped me understand anything i was confused about by explaining several times and were completely honest about everything, and helped me with thr best possible solution. security was also very good. the only issue is that they close very very early, and this did lead to some issues when packing. the process went very smoothly. i would recommend this for students and other folks. the only issue
