Customer service was excellent. Charlie (I think that was his name) ... very patient, knew his stuff, and sorted everything!

The Colleague who helped me with the move-in and registration details was very kind, friendly, informative and genuinely helpful. They explained everything efficiently and seemed very pleased to be of assistance. They demonstrated all I needed to know clearly and concisely and offered any follow up help if needed. This was all greatly appreciated.
