1. I asked questions online with the chat thing when I was researching whether to book and it was a cheerful, helpful, human and very efficient process. 2. The 3 minute video is very useful; it saves a lot of time at reception. 3. After filling everything in online the process of booking in was pretty quick. 4. I was served by someone called Ade and I must say he was kind, efficient, helpful and cheerful. Everything you want. 5. When I'm going backwards and forwards with my stuff he smiles and waves. Storage units aren't exactly great places to be but this is fine.
