Customer handling, Kelsey was excellent. Covered every element proficiently and with confidence. Nothing was left to question. Amount of paperwork was excessive though
Really easy to book storage and the man I had serve me, Charlie was really lovely and helped a lot. Not at all busy meaning I could easily get around.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, Charlie was amazing and his colleague, I didn’t catch her name but she was in on the 16th and 17th, they were both Incredibly helpful in showing us are room and signing the contract!
