Charlie's was very good at his job good people person very happy with service.

Matt was fantastic from start to finish. From the moment he helped me through my on line booking to making me feel at ease the moment I arrived on site. Matt was courteous and knowledgeable as he walk me through the procedures.

The process was easy to understand. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. The only thing I was being charged and extra £8 per week because of the value of my inventory. That was not made clear to me before booking.

Very accessible and convenient, super friendly staff - Charlie White in particular was excellent and helpful.

Lauren was very friendly and very helpful she talked us through everything and took us down to our storage unit and even explained where the toilets were if we needed them
