The reception staff are always friendly, there’s always more than enough rooms in the lockers, it’s easy to access and at a competitive price too.

The pricing is reasonable and I found the in-store boxes and packaging to be very helpful. I also found the staff to be very helpful as a first time customer.

Paul, the guy who was helping me out was super helpful with the entire process. He made everything quick and easy for someone who was new to storage. He was also very engaging and open to any questions I had.

Very smooth booking and check in process, staff are incredible and made lots of phone calls to confirm details and then were excellent on the day. Paul was so helpful and professional throughout and other staff even took the time to offer us water in the heatwave!

I came to big yellow storage June 19 and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Charlie in particular was so nice in helping me get my boxes to my locker! He was so friendly and helped me move my boxes in even though the place was closing soon which I appreciated so much!! I don’t know any other place or person who would’ve done that! Thanks Charlie :) and thanks big yellow I trust that my things would be safe there. The prices are good and the location is super convenient as well!
