The initial enquiry and store members were really helpful, and the move-in was smooth, however contacting the team after move-in, particularly over the phone is near impossible. I am still awaiting some of my refunds and trying to arrange this over the phone has been challenging.

I received a call from someone after I went online for a quote and they informed me there was only one unit left and went through the order process with me on the phone. It was good to speak with a live person and clarified how the process worked. This allowed me to make a quick decision to go ahead with the booking and also prepared me for the process of storing goods on my arrival. I also received a second call later the same day to check everything was ok with the online check in and this also provided me with more information that allowed me to make decisions on what I did next (such as travel arrangements the next day to make sure I arrived in time for sign in)
