Booking on line was very easy although we did get a repeating error message “null value” which meant that you had to go back to the personal details section. In store our experience was exceptional. Paul took us through the paperwork step by step he showed us the storage unit and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable whilst we waited for our removal men to load the unit, even giving us a hot drink. We then had to get an additional unit as we had underestimated and once again Paul was absolutely brilliant. I would also say his manager was really helpful to. Sorry I didn’t get her name. Throughout Paul and his manager were really chatty and really understanding of the stress involved in moving from London. I really couldn’t praise Paul enough. Overall our experience has so far been exceptional.

I was given so much information and help my Kat! She made me feel at ease and comfortable and also had a really good chit chat about moving etc. She helped me check the rooms that I wanted and confirmed the size and then went around to many rooms to find me the perfect shape for my stuff! Honestly couldn’t recommend any more service than this lovely amazing friendly and welcoming lady! I returned and the guys have all been friendly, but nothing like Kat. She had that something extra! Amazing customer service! Ive already recommend a friend for when she moves! Really really impressed! And the deal for 8 weeks is really good! I thought it would be super expensive but it’s not with the deal and then after it’s still not too bad!

Lauren went through all the options and explained terms of moving in really well. Paul who check us in was great. Went through all the terms and payment details and was easy to understand everything going forward. Everyone was super friendly.

After making an enquiry online, I got a prompt call from Lauren who was very helpful and gave me all the information I needed as well as time to get quotes from other storage companies.

The local staff were so helpful, the national call centre less so. The call centre person booked me a space much larger than needed & when i called in personally the local staff sorted it out & advised me about what i would need. Even though it's called "self storage" youre not on your own, they were so so hrlpful, with advice & saved me money.

Lauren was brilliant! She told me she would sort out all of my issues in store and she did! Super happy.
