Informative and attentive staff

Bradley and Elliot were so fantastic! Elliot was brilliant at taking me through the paperwork and showing me around. He was funny, helpful and answered all of my questions about the body that was stored in one of the rooms and if anyone had ever lived in one of the rooms. Bradley so sweetly helped me stack an apartments worth of stuff into the minuscule space against all odds after my mother left due to a disagreement over wether a bigger room would be a good idea. But with the help of Bradley’s height and can do attitude I was able to go home and mock her pessimism. I will be naming my first born after that man, he saved me from a complete and utter meltdown. Statues should be erected in his honour. Thanks guys!!!

Our experience was excellent from the moment we spoke on the phone with operatives in Bagshot & Brighton.We met with Jamie the branch manager last week and completed all documentation in order that we would be able to deliver and store a number of pieces on Monday 15th January without delay.We were impressed with the staff in the Brighton depot-excellent customer service skills and made it easy for us to get our way around the facility
