Easy to arrange, quick to set up.

You have a good system. Being able to go on a waiting list for a unit was very helpful. The on line documentation was easy to complete. The staff at the Brighton branch were very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Lucas was the person who delt with my booking.

From the moment I arrived I was reassured by the staff, I was not sure about the size and the staff helped me find the right size

its not even a high enough number, if i could do 100 out of 10 i would so......however..... this would make no sense. So I'm stuck with 10 but its totally deserved 10. This is all based on one contributing factor. the customer service . The lovely chap who served me was named ELLIOT (served on Friday 3rd in the afternoon). Right from the outset he was professional, engaging and accommodating. I say this whole heartily when i state that it was one of the best customer services i have ever experienced and due to this i would recommend your company to all and everyone who is ever in a need for Storage.

The service from Elliot (on Reception) made a dreary chore a pleasure. He was absolutely brilliant with his welcome, his briefing and his tour. He is properly excellent.

The customer service received from Elliott the sales rep.was first class. He is patient, understanding very helpfull and he explained in detail all that i needed to know as it was my first visit.
