Overall, quite easy. I wasn't present physically the day of the move-in, so I had a friend of mine who had to go and it made the online check-in longer to do but in the end easier for everyone's comprehension.
Kat was really friendly and very helpful she made me feel very relaxed and she has a very nice personality, So thank you kat for your support in booking me in.

It was a smooth and clear process. You answer questions quickly, when I had a few I sent on email, and that's really good to respond fast!
Kat was fantastic, we sorted all the paperwork with ease and when we had a look at our reserved unit we thought it was too small so Kat showed us a larger one just down the corridor. In the end, Kat was able to give us the larger unit for a cheaper price than the original smaller one. Neon was also incredibly helpful in allowing us to access the unit past 6 o'clock which was really a lifesaver. Great service all around, I would definitely recommend!

At every step, the staff remained cheerful, attentive and professional. Due to Covid-19, my delivery was delayed and there was no problem in several times re-scheduling. Neon at your Brighton branch was especially helpful and charming at all times. When the delivery finally arrived yesterday, Thursday 14th May, Neil attended to me and was equally helpful.
