From the moment I arrived I was reassured by the staff, I was not sure about the size and the staff helped me find the right size

its not even a high enough number, if i could do 100 out of 10 i would so......however..... this would make no sense. So I'm stuck with 10 but its totally deserved 10. This is all based on one contributing factor. the customer service . The lovely chap who served me was named ELLIOT (served on Friday 3rd in the afternoon). Right from the outset he was professional, engaging and accommodating. I say this whole heartily when i state that it was one of the best customer services i have ever experienced and due to this i would recommend your company to all and everyone who is ever in a need for Storage.

The customer service received from Elliott the sales rep.was first class. He is patient, understanding very helpfull and he explained in detail all that i needed to know as it was my first visit.

The service from Elliot (on Reception) made a dreary chore a pleasure. He was absolutely brilliant with his welcome, his briefing and his tour. He is properly excellent.
