Our experience was excellent from the moment we spoke on the phone with operatives in Bagshot & Brighton.We met with Jamie the branch manager last week and completed all documentation in order that we would be able to deliver and store a number of pieces on Monday 15th January without delay.We were impressed with the staff in the Brighton depot-excellent customer service skills and made it easy for us to get our way around the facility

I was shown the rooms that I was enquiring about and I was particularly impressed when I was advised that I could probably use a smaller room once they had seen my furniture and realised I had booked a larger room. They always answer the phone promptly and are very helpful.
