I was very happy with the service I received and all the staff I had dealings with were positively helpful, and the facilities you provide are very good. I didn't give a score of 10 because I think that the rate for a storage room is too high. I think that the charge you make for a small room in a warehouse could be lower.

The quality of service, basically. The gentleman who served me when i arrived to check in at the Brighton branch (Paul, I think his name was) could not have been more helpful. He made it a stress-free experience.

Great staff, Carly was very welcoming and supportive. Space is decent and only slightly tetris-inducing. I'm just gonna add another line to give me full detail strength.
Easy, friendly, convenient
Repeat customer of many years. Forced to buy a new padlock before moving in because the padlock shank was 5mm (used before) instead of 8mm. Then tried to sell me an overpriced one for £13. I bought one elsewhere (9mm) for £6.25. Very annoyed. If it's company policy it sucks, if it was the manager he should not be so inflexible.
The man who helped me at Coombe Rd was fantastic. He was friendly and kind. A lovely guy. The lady, Beth, on the phone was absolu wonderful and helpful. The staff seem like super people.
Excellent customer service and storage unit is extremely well secured and alarmed. I was so impressed with the access security system.
