As consumers in the area have no other storage alternatives, it is understood that the prices are relatively high. However, I had contacted the storage a couple of months ago regarding a reservation, they told me Which the price was but told me that I couldn't make my reservation yet because it's too early. Instead they advised me to contact them later. When i contacted them again, the price was not the same. Why would they tell me the price in the first place then? So I would wait and see that it's more expensive but because i would be running out of time I'd have to accept the higher price? That's not fair. Also i had not been informed about the specific regulations regarding the padlock, resulting in the storage not accepting the one i had brought, again making me buy the one they were selling on the day of my move in. This is truly disappointing and i would really appreciate it if i had been given this information beforehand so i could handle the situation differently.

very organised, friendly staff, easy to deal with but it's quite expensive (15 sq feet room )

James the manager was personable, helpful and also offered the best price. The Brighton unit is so clean and well kept.
