Quick simple easy

Customer service was fantastic, from the booking process over the phone to checking in everything was seamless. Everything was very professional with the room being clean and perfectly ready for me to move my belongings in.

The staff (Jamie) was extremely helpful and friendly! Everything was easy, and the move in smooth!

As consumers in the area have no other storage alternatives, it is understood that the prices are relatively high. However, I had contacted the storage a couple of months ago regarding a reservation, they told me Which the price was but told me that I couldn't make my reservation yet because it's too early. Instead they advised me to contact them later. When i contacted them again, the price was not the same. Why would they tell me the price in the first place then? So I would wait and see that it's more expensive but because i would be running out of time I'd have to accept the higher price? That's not fair. Also i had not been informed about the specific regulations regarding the padlock, resulting in the storage not accepting the one i had brought, again making me buy the one they were selling on the day of my move in. This is truly disappointing and i would really appreciate it if i had been given this information beforehand so i could handle the situation differently.
