Jeanine a few years back when i last stored with you was a totally legend, kind and accommodating. This time it was Joe and he too was professional and helpful, a real lovely bloke. Dont normally leave feedback but honestly your staff are legends.
Overall I am completely satisfied with everything from my initial enquiry to moving into my unit. The staff are polite, helpful and friendly. I was a bit concerned when I realised that my unit was on the 2nd floor but with the big trolleys they have and the large lifts, it could not of been easier to move in. I'd like to thank you all for a very pleasant expierience all round. I will definately recommend you to others. Thank you again and keep up the good work...it makes a difference.
I needed to move my mother's stuff into a smaller space. The lady I spoke to on the phone initially was extremely helpful in sourcing help to move the goods, securing a much better deal and getting on with the job.
We have been a long term user of the storage unit, however , we recently needed to make a change. Sal made this very easy and it has been an enjoyable experience dealing with her.
As I have been a customer before, I already knew this particular store would be easy to deal with and friendly and helpful and professional. The Covid extras were well designed and it all went well.
