I found the staff very approachable and friendly, both in person and on the phone. They were there to advise me and help solve any problems which made everything run smoothly.
I got a phone call within an hour of completing a quote. Check-in was a great, quick and a painless process. Both members of staff that I dealt with, joe and sal, were extremely friendly and more than happy to help me with everything. Very impresses with their level of customer care and definitely would return to their store if I ever needed storage again.
