Initial contact online and telephone followed by online registration very easy and staff helpful - process of booking in and how to move into storage space was made easy by sally and questions answered patiently - brilliant service

Having never used a storage space before, I didn’t really know what to expect, but I felt like the process was explained to me very clearly and concisely. The staff were very friendly, and seemed happy to answer all of my questions.
