Overall I am completely satisfied with everything from my initial enquiry to moving into my unit. The staff are polite, helpful and friendly. I was a bit concerned when I realised that my unit was on the 2nd floor but with the big trolleys they have and the large lifts, it could not of been easier to move in. I needed to move my mother's stuff into a smaller space. The lady I spoke to on the phone initially was extremely helpful in sourcing help to move the goods, securing a much better deal and getting on with the job.
