The man on the web chat I spoke with was fantastic and really explanatory. He was the reason I chose Big Yellow over other competitors.

We have always found the Service from Ashton Gate to be Exceptional. The Sales Staff Victoria and Sal have handled our queries and Transactions, pre bookings and ease of moving professional.Thumbs up to the Manager Lee you have a Great sales team.

We were dealt with quickly and all of our needs were met by the members of the team we spoke to. All of the staff acted safely and made us feel safe during our first visit and also when moving in.

Everything really easy and staff very helpful and friendly.

I spoke to Vicky on my initial telephone enquiry and found Vicky to be friendly and helpful in explaining the costs and the different sizes of units available including the security on the units. I did contact another storage facility for comparison but found the staff to be a bit forceful and I felt pressured and not at ease. Therefore I decided to go with Big Yellow Ashton Gate. Booking was very straightforward completed over the phone. On the day of the move, Joe was very pleasant and friendly and explained everything very well. He explained the entry and exit process and took me for a tour of the units. Everything is very organised and I liked the special trolleys which were available so everything could be loaded and transported to the unit with ease. There were all good measures in place for social distancing during this pandemic time with sanitiser available. I found everything very easy to follow. Thanks to all the staff at Big Yellow Ashton Gate for all your help with our move!
