excellent customer service, nothing wasnt to much trobble. very clear on how to use the big yellow and made sure that we All understood how to come and go.would recommend
Overall a very easy experience. Very efficient and friendly check in. In preparing to move house this is the perfect way to thin down possessions and put into storage non essential items. I've been back a couple of times to take more boxes and it's great to have the flexibility to do this rather than to pack up everything in one day. The site is clean and tidy, well organised and managed. I would recommend to others.
A clean and convenient place to store your personal items. For me my clutter that I couldn't part with when trying to sell my house.
It was a pleasure to visit the site which was exceptionally clean, tidy and light. The girls could not have been more helpful and pleasant. There was an atmosphere of contentment as though they enjoyed their work and so wanted the environment to be as good as it could be
each time I have a delivery I am informed by phone.

When loading it would be helpful if the lift doors stayed open a little longer on the ground floor
We live in NZ and required storage for baggage whilst we went to Paris for a three day visit. The Big Yellow is located near to the airport and very convienant. On arrival the staff member 'Katie' was excellent in her dealings with me, due to arriving late and not having much time to arrive at the airport for our flight the service was straight forward with all the help possible provided to assist us, Thank you Katie. We arrived back after hours the safe and easy access to the sight was again straight forward but also provided the security required whilst looking after our belongings I will recommend this company to anyone I know who may need such facilities in the future again a huge thank you to Katie and the Big Yellow. I had never used a self-storage facility before. The big difference I found was the attitude and helpfulness of the telephone advisors. They explained the whole process and were very friendly. They got the'sale' when they took more time to explain the costings and how they could work to my advantage, which they did. On arrival, it was simple too, with the reception area being bright and airy and, again, the helpfulness and attitude of the guy on reception made a difference.
Competitive pricing was just the first box that was ticked: The experience with their sales staff was superb. Really helpful and helped me to consider how to best use my new storage. They even covered the cost of the van I hired to move in.
