Prices, helpfulness of staff
Magda was excellent in her whole approach and with the checking in process. I felt listened & valued as a customer. She also took me up to my storage unit and showed me how everything worked.
I've used Big Yellow before and it's always been easy to store access and retrieve my items.
Everything is simple and the staff are really friendly.
I rented a space for a home move, and found the explanations ahead of time very clear (including the video). Also, the person welcoming us at the facility was extremely helpful.
All the staff are friendly and always support you when needed.
