Your staff Stefano and Lewis are helpful patient and extremely knowledgeable, when assisting customers to select the right unit. This allows the set up to be stress free. Great staff that ensure you fully understand what you are paying for.

The customer service of your staff was beyond belief. They were nothing but polite and informative and bent over backward to ensure I had the best experience, despite my technical difficulties. I haven’t had service like that in years and all done with a smile and friendly conversation. (The staff were Lefe & Lewis, please reward them)

I felt fully briefed on the process of both checking in and the required information to use the facility in a day to day basis.

Really approachable and welcoming staff, particularly Lefe, procedures well explained and demonstrated. Also when I cut myself whilst moving things in staff were able to help me with a first aid kit.

Jeanine was a superstar - she made everything clear, kept in touch with me and made sure I felt confident in the process. She was so good that I didn't look any further into alternative options.
