Very easy to move in, great customer service

I made a online enquiry. James called me within 5 minutes of that and was friendly, informative and super efficient. He booked an appointment for me on Monday and I visited. Met Jeanine who was great, professional, friendly and gave me the best advice for my needs. Booking in the following week Jeanine made this easy and simple. Storage unit it filled and My life is decluttered! Perfect! Thank you!

We arrived to what we thought would be a share with a fellow house share student and very quickly saw that it would not work due to the amount of stuff both girls had. SO Janine was amazing, had us sorted, paid and unloading car contents onto trolley and into storage seamlessly. She was also incredibly friendly, helpful and totally got what we needed. You are lucky to have her working for you.
