I’ve made a few enquiries over a period of a few months, and I find the immediate follow up calls annoying - mostly I just wanted to check prices as part of research, I don’t want a hard sales push. Once I’d actually made a booking, everything was incredibly smooth and easy.

Was easy to check in online and made it much quicker when I arrived at my unit

Very welcoming Lisa and James everytime I have visited. Never used storage before but has been a good overall experience. Lovely cups of tea and no trouble to do anything for you. Just waiting for my contract as I left the facilities not having it. James did say he would email it but not had it yet.

Really good but very aggressive sales! Also didn’t realise I had to check in online so ignored email originally and then received follow ups by text and email!
