It was made super easy by two outstanding members of staff James and Jeanine.

I thought the team handled it extremely well. All arrangements were done efficiently and I appreciated everything being explained through thoroughly. They followed me up with me via mail and phone to ensure I was receiving the best of the service and all orders were delivered promptly in good condition. The professionalism of the legal process is reassuring

Great experience at the store, Jeanine was very friendly and walked me through the process without fault. I would highly recommend the Bristol Store.

I was in a real rush and had to find a storage and store my things within 12 hours. The Big Yellow Team was so helpful, super calm and patient, even though I had to cancel my reservation and then reactivate, everything went so smoothly. When coming to the storage, everything was explained to me and worked well. So I could leave my things at Big Yellow with a good feeling about it. Thank you.

We had early correspondence over the phone with Janice and can I just say, how professional, friendly and super helpful we found her. Herself and Shannon made the check in so quick and easy and given these strange times it was refreshing to see two happy, smiling faces at your reception in Lawrence Hill. I would like to thank them both for an extremely professional, enjoyable experience.
