Initial enquiry was dealt with in a friendly helpful manner and my requests were fully met. However, my experience when checking in was a nightmare. The staff did their best but it was evident that the young man who dealt with me was a trainee, although this was not pointed out to me, and his supervisor was having to oversee his actions. Half way through the process the computer system crashed and they were unable to sort it out immediately and I was kept waiting whilst they tried despite them knowing I was on a tight time scale and payment had been taken. In the end I was allowed to leave and return about 45 mins later where upon we had to go through most of the process again. I appreciate that the system failure was not their fault but it could have been dealt with in a better way. I was also not made aware either from your web page or on my initial phone enquiry that the "Deposit" was at the full rate despite my booking at the reduced rate. I should have been told that before hand or your web site make it clear.
