Because I could read everything online beforehand, when I got there the stuff were very polite and explained everything, it's really easy to do the contract and the paperwork and the price is really good too.

Generally very satisfied with the process, however only small issue I had was using my work computer where I'm forced to use Internet Explorer v11 - upon updating the inventory each line ended up with a moving circle and I had to refresh the page to move onto the next addition.
