Appreciated my initial contact with Justin who kindly shown me around the units and wrote down 3 types of possible storage deals/costs and then with Lisa who finally completed my storage contract as well as shown me around once again as did Justin the first time I visited.

Customer service team were very friendly and answered any questions that I had with patience. Check in was nice and easy

Justin at The Bristol Central Branch is a lovely, friendly person who swiftly and effectively guided us through our storage process. (The Manager is also a reassuring and friendly presence). There were no nasty surprises and payment was easy and clearly explained: the emphasis is on the customers needs and preferences, rather than the company...as I experienced with a rival storage firm. The facilities are modern, high tech and all areas very clean. Thank you!

I needed a storage unit fairly fast and looked on Google. Within minutes of looking at Big Yellow Storage online I received a call from Kim who was really helpful. She put me in touch with someone who could pick up my boxes and talked through everything I needed to know. She was really understanding and it was a pleasure to speak to someone who was very cheerful and informative. I would also recommend Kosta who in terrible snow and ice still managed to collect all the boxes. These 2 people made it a very easy operation and in such awful weather too.
